This whole thing is a huge waste of money.
Even if he called him a pleb(which he probably did), who really gives a shit. If he's that precious that he's been called a fucking "pleb" then he's in the wrong profession.
Should have been dealt with quickly.

It's a massive lesson in how to show some humility.
If Mitchell had apologised on day one and not dug his heels in he would have been much better off as would have been the party.

Interesting though that the judge still thinks that on the balance of probabilities Mitchell used the pleb term.
